Before processing any withdrawal request, puma33 will require the User to complete the KYC verification process. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in the withdrawal being held pending compliance.

All transactions on the puma33 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing market rate at time of credit and may differ from the rate at time of withdrawal.

puma33 actively monitors betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting errors or system glitches in bonus crediting, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any outstanding Bonus Funds forfeited.
Participation in the puma33 Black Diamond VIP programme is subject to eligibility criteria set by puma33 at its sole discretion. VIP status, tier allocations, and associated benefits may be modified or withdrawn by puma33 without prior notice. VIP rewards are subject to their own specific terms and are not transferable.
